This is very belated but over a week ago now I finally got to see the Dark Knight. I know, I know, I realize it has been out for a month at least but since everyone in the universe had seen it I had to wait on my good friend MD to get back from the islands so I had a movie buddy.
Overall the movie was pretty awesome and as predicted Heath Ledger was fantastic. They were right when they said the Joker was dark. It was borderline disturbing to see Heath Ledger perform this dark and creepy role knowing that it indirectly killed him. Let us not forget Christian Bale who was fabulous as always minus is strangely low voice when in batman costume that was almost distracting. Heath Ledger definitely stole the show and although he was fantastic I prefer to remember him by his less creepy roles ... RIP
