I have lost my motivation and need some help!
What motivates you to get to the gym or the pavement and kick ass (besides a killer ass)? I was so good for 5 months then it just died.
Any advice?

Look at pictures of really fit people. I use Daniel Craig.
Oh also: stay single. As soon as you don't need to impress that special someone, the gym just doesn't seem as important as it once did.
haha i don't have a problem with that second gem apparently but it's so true. love makes you lazy and certain activities don't burn as many calories as one would hope! :)
I agree with Matthew - I use Nicole Sherzinger. Haha. Another thing is to sign up for an activity that you can work towards like a 5k or the Corporate Challenge. When you know something is around the corner, you're likely to get the ball rolling somehow.
